Bath Time
After all that diapering, you'll want to keep baby clean and cozy with a splash in the tub. Some people enjoy bathing with their little one. Others feel more comfortable bathing their kiddo in a smaller tub that nestles inside the regular sized tub. If you have a smaller bathroom, you'll want to look for a petite tub or one that folds compactly. If the bathroom isn't your place and you prefer to scrub a dub in the kitchen sink, there are bath seats or slings that safely hold baby up out of the water. You'll also want to consider the life of the tub -- if it grows with baby or quickly becomes obsolete -- and how the tub drains. Most importantly, consider the safety features: Is there a temperature gauge? Is there a cushion to cradle newborns? How do you clean the tub and discourage mildew growth? Decide between a plastic tub or an inflatable one, add a rubber duckie or two, and you're all set!

Ready, set, wash! The 1st Years Sure Comfort Deluxe tub holds a squirmy baby's head out of water with a cozy cushion and additional sling ensures even the tiniest baby feels peaceful during bath time. Nothing scares a new parent like a baby slipping and getting a mouthful of water, but the Sure Comfort does a good job of keeping baby propped up and comfortable. Parents like the way this tub fits in most kitchen sinks for bath time that doesn't break your back.
